Cozy Creek at Eagles Nest

Welcome to Cozy Creek at Eagles Nest, a charming new cabin nestled in the Village section of Eagles Nest, less than 10 minutes from downtown Banner Elk. With a level driveway for easy year-round access and only two steps to enter, this home is as convenient as it is inviting.

Inside, the living room offers a warm gathering space with a sofa, chairs, and a gas fireplace beneath a large-screen TV. Just to the left, the kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for six—perfect for sharing meals after a day of mountain adventure. The home is thoughtfully decorated with cozy touches and personality throughout, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels both stylish and comfortable. The main level also hosts the primary king ensuite, complete with a TV, ceiling fan, and large windows framing a peaceful forest view. Its private bathroom includes granite counters and a beautifully tiled shower.

Upstairs, a small loft leads to two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. One bedroom features a king bed with TV and ceiling fan, while the other offers a log queen bed, also equipped with a TV and ceiling fan, blending rustic charm with modern comfort.

Step outside to the covered back deck, where you’ll find a dining table for four, two loungers, and a gas log fireplace—an ideal spot to unwind in the fresh mountain air. With its dog-friendly policy, Cozy Creek welcomes the whole family, making it a perfect year-round retreat.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home allows up to 2 mature dogs for an additional pet rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- All linens and towels provided.
- This homeowner will be installing a single Ring doorbell to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck or interior of the home. 
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
