The house was perfect for my group of 11 women in town for a bachelorette weekend! We had a significant winter storm during our stay and the management company was excellent at communicating with us about everything we needed to know in order to prepare to travel. The Eagles Nest community is just beautiful and very well maintained. Beech Ski Resort was only 20 min away from the home. The home had everything we needed to stay entertained during a snowy winter weekend. It was a WONDERFUL stay and we would definitely recommend it!

The house is EXCELLENT! We had a group of 11 women for a Bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect for us. The property manager was prompt to respond to our needs. There was extreme winter weather and they were very good at communicating travel options with us. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking in the kitchen. We would highly recommend the home and would return again!

No bears though :( A highlight for sure was the pool table in the lower level of the house! Our family loved renting UTVs and going on the UTV trails! The Epic Chophouse was to die for! The lamb chop and the sea bass were definitely winners!

BRMR is always a joy to work with. For this stay they reached out to us a day prior to our check-in and had to move us to another home as our original was inaccessible due to icy roads. They were quickly able to find us an available option that would accommodate our crowd of 13 and we were back on track in no time. Our new rental (Clouds Rest at Eagles Nest) was as described/pictured and we all had a lovely time. We've used this rental company several times in the past and will continue to do so.

Clouds Rest was an absolute dream to stay at! We had 4 families total and everyone was very comfortable with plenty of room. The main event was most definitely the view! The sunrise and sunset were absolutely stunning. I now know how it got its name “Clouds Rest”. We will most definitely be coming back to this house! Beautiful property with two huge outdoor decks equipped with outdoor furniture and a hot tub makes this super for large group gatherings…and THE BEST sunset views! Great sound system inside easily hooks to your music apps too! We have no idea how you’d sleep 20 people in this house, as stated. The bunk room does use full size mattresses, so it could work to sleep 8 in this small room, if you had a bunch of young kids. Still not sure how you’d sleep the other 12 to make 20. I travel with large groups and like to know this beforehand. I hope this helps a large group prepare accordingly. Eagle’s Nest Mountain is the best place to stay! They offer so many activities- hiking, playground, mini golf, archery, outdoor concerts, wildlife, etc. it’s just dreamy! I enjoyed the easy access to the mountain amenities yet quiet, private location.

The home had a great sound system for family movie night and lots of seating inside and out for family meals and games. You must plan to be home for the sunsets! It couldn't be a more perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Clouds Rest at Eagles Nest was a perfect venue for my husband and I, our three children and their spouses and our seven grandchildren. The view was spectacular, the house was roomy and comfortable and the second kitchen came in handy. Plenty to do in the outdoors. The hikes down the mountain paths were much nicer than the hikes back up the mountain! We all enjoyed the Saturday night concert in the amphitheater. A must do!

The house was very clean and the layout and open spaces were perfect for hosting a dinner for the Lees-McRae swim team and our sons’ college graduation. What an amazing home and community. This home is located perfectly with great sunset views. We traveled with four families from all ages and had a great time. There was no problem with renting the house. Customer service was very good. The house feels safe. The planning of the house is just genius. The views from the balconies you would have to just see for yourself. The house is super clean, and new seems like the house was just recently built. The fireplaces and hot tub were easy to use. The kitchen had everything you would need. Kitchen, living, and dining rooms were very spacious. The beds, linen, towels were included and were washed and clean. All the TVs were big and modern. The chimneys and fireplaces created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The driveway is big enough to fit about 15 cars. Overall it didn't feel like we ever left home. If God let's we would rent this house again.

We had such an amazing time at the Clouds Rest home during our vacation. The view of the mountains is spectacular. This home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We traveled with four families (9 adults and 8 kids) and the house was spacious and so comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults enjoyed many nights in the hot tub and playing pool. The fire place outside was perfect for s'mores with the kids. We also loved The Great Camp area in the Eagles Nest property. All the kids loved playing in the tree house and the playground area. The house is super close to Sugar Mountain where we went skiing and tubing. We traveled in January and had so much fun playing in the snow around the house. Lots of snow ball fights and snow angels. One recommendation if you're traveling from far away is to make sure you rent a car with 4WD (especially in the winter). We had an amazing time and we couldn't have picked a more perfect home.
