Blue Ridge rentals were very detailed in communication leading up to our stay. They were pretty quick with onsite responses. There was maintenance being done on the house that was delayed due to weather but it was communicated and an alternative rental was offered.

The townhomes were beautiful, cozy, comfortably and very well-equipped! We had all the kitchen necessities necessary! There was a nice welcome “basket”. The views were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend! It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do!

Great location, everything was as described in the app. We were 22 people (one infant) and had plenty room for all of us . Great views from the cabin and close to Beech mountain resort. We had a great experience for our group of 14. The townhouses were simply beautiful. Very well decorated and well maintained. Joanie made sure we had very thing we needed. We enjoyed the scenery and the nightly visit from some deer grazing out front. The accommodations were perfect for us and we all had plenty of space. My mom could enter and travel the first floor using her walker with ease. The kids loved going to Beach Mountain for skiing. We all enjoyed eating out in Banner Elk. Great vacation!

This was a perfect location for two families to gather for a family wedding at the Banner Elk Winery. This location accommodated two large families and there was plenty of room for the older young adults of the family to play pool and watch football before and after all wedding activities. The location was close to everything and the property manager was easy to communicate with.

We had a great time staying at this property. I had a church group of 24 college students and young adults that were able to stay there very comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook multiple meals. I would say to make sure that you have people who are comfortable sharing rooms because some of the toilets are really open air. If you’re skiing this is a too 10 stay too because the garages have plenty of room for ski gear and you’re within minutes of both Beech and Sugar.

16 of us stayed incredibly comfortable at the property. The master suites were perect (just be sure to run the hot tubs before you get in!) We had a couple of issues during our stay but Joanie was on top the entire time to get them resolved.
Kitchens were nicely stocked, bathrooms had super comfy robes, and nice furniture to lounge on.
Only con would be create a doorway either through the porch or actual house itself to create easier way to get to and from the other half of the house...there’s a perfect place on the porch for it!
Would absolutely stay here or somewhere in the neighborhood again for sure! Awesome amenities, beautiful homes & views and Joanie was nothing but awesome to work with throughout the whole time!

Joanie, the property manager, was also fabulous, and the neighborhood and its amenities were incredible. The only slight negative was that we wished there was a connecting door between the townhomes, but in the end it was no big deal. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to go back in the future!

Great location, close to Linville/Boone/Blowing Rock. The owners and property managers were very responsive to any and all needs. We went up for a corporate retreat and had plenty of space for a large group. The community was wonderful with various activities which was great for our large group. The property was close to great shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants! The house was stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soaps and shampoos which is always a great touch. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here, the two houses are beautiful and there was plenty of room to sleep everyone. There is a pavilion area up the road you can go to that is part of Eagles Nest and it is REALLY cool, make sure you go see it. It has a climbing tower, sports fields, hiking trails, great views, and free smores.

The town homes were absolutely stunning! One house had the rustic feel to it, everything from the basement to the bedrooms made you really feel like you were in the mountains. The modern house had a different feel to it, with an updated look to it. The owner was great, giving a quick tour of everything we needed to know, and she was available anytime if needed.
Only negative is some of the doors were unable to close / open fully. Something to be looked into by management. Other than that, it was great!

We had a great weekend ski getaway. We loved the cabin and the convenience to Banner Elk town limits. We will certainty be booking this cabin again in the future for our next ski trip!

Thank you for such an amazing getaway Christmas Holiday Vacation! Our entire family can't stop raving about what a terrific time they all had at the lodge. We want to bring special attention to the property manager, Joanie. She went far and beyond to make our stay comfortable as well as fantastic! She made it possible for us to have a Christmas Farm open on a Sunday for our family to have a real Christmas tree experience and they were great!. We had requested a private chef and she choose Chef Kenny, whom created a memorable and delicious meal for our entire family. The Townhomes were the perfect solution for our family and friends to gather for my daughters wedding. There was plenty of space to mingle between the two homes. We had lots of kitchen space for the group breakfasts and lunches. We made use of the fireplaces and firepit, and had quiet comfy beds to retreat to, all with our own spacious bathrooms. A shout out to Joanie, the property manager, who responded to any needs we had. She was great! I highly suggest this accomodation for your gathering place!!

Our stay was very comfortable. Both houses are very well furnished and clean. It was easy for us to accommodate five families with all the children in the bunk beds. There's a washer and dryer for convenience and the charcoal grills make it easy to cook out on the patio. The houses are adjoining but not connected via a door so you do have to go outside to get from one to the other. Towels sheets etc are provided as are basic toiletries to get you through a couple of days. the property and surrounding areas are lush green which makes for a nice view. Very well located and convenient to area hiking trails.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous mountain house. A perfect home for couples who want to get away together, all of the bedrooms are luxurious with upscale private bathrooms in each room. Plenty of space for everyone. Keep in mind that this home is a duplex and there is NOT a door connecting the two homes together unless you went outside on the bottom level or completely around the house to the other front door. Would love to see a connecting door on the upstairs patio outside to connect the two homes more easily. Other than that we loved the house and would recommend it.

A truly fantastic home. The bedrooms were all perfect which made the home especially great for an extended family gathering as every bedroom suite was great vs anyone feeling like they had gotten a lessor room. Very well outfitted. Would recommend highly to any large family looking for a perfect getaway in the banner elk area.

15 of us went up to celebrate a 60th birthday party. It could not have been any better. Terrific accommodations with in suite bathrooms for each couple. The kitchens were very well stocked and if we couldn't find it on one side of the duplex, we just went over and took some from the other side. The booking was easy. The rental agent, Joannie, made us feel very welcome. Views were great and we all decided that we liked being on the downside of the mountain so that we could get to the house quickly. The amenities are also unbelievable. Definitely go to the top of the mountain to see the amphitheater.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at The Modern Rock Townhouse. The home was beautiful with fabulous views. It accommodated 2 families with 9 teenagers with no problem. The home has a modern decor with a cozy fireplace in the main room. The rec room with a pool table and large flat screen was perfect for a teenager hangout. We were a 20 minute drive from Beech Mountain and a 15 min drive to downtown Banner Elk. The snow plows were out early getting the roads ready in the mornings. The home is at the front of the property which was nice for easy access especially if there was snow. We would highly recommend this property.

The Townhome was perfect accomdatations for our family. Our daughter got married at Eagles Nest Great Camp so it was very convenient. She had pictures taking there of her getting ready and their "first look". The Townhome was close to rehearsal dinner at Zuzda's which was excellent. We got breakfast from Dunn's Deli which was also amazing. We would like to return sometime and recommend this property to other families to enjoy!!
