We loved our Christmas stay at Boulder Springs Lodge in Eagles Nest! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The owners added a festive Christmas tree plus other decorations that brought extra warmth and holiday cheer, making us feel right at home instantly. The super comfortable bedding, media room with wet bar, stunning mountain and stream views, plus the peaceful sound of the nearby springs made it even better. It’s conveniently close to the main gate. The owners were quick to respond and incredibly helpful, turning our holiday into something truly special. 5 stars all the way for this perfect mountain escape!

Absolutely wonderful experience at Boulder Springs Lodge! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood offered fun activities like pickleball and mini putt-putt, which we all enjoyed. There were also great hiking spots and excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here—we'll definitely be back! My family and I had an absolute blast!

Absolutely loved my recent stay at Boulder Springs Lodge! The house was very clean and I loved the open kitchen and living room. Also, hands down the most comfy bed I've ever slept in at a rental property! Can't wait to go back.

A Perfect Memorial Day Getaway at Boulder Springs Lodge! Our family spent Memorial Day weekend at Boulder Springs Lodge and had the most incredible time! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful, newly built home—everything feels fresh, thoughtfully designed, and inviting. The interior layout is spacious and flows perfectly, giving everyone plenty of room to relax while still feeling connected. The weather was absolutely amazing, and we made the most of it by gathering around the firepit each evening for s'mores, stories, and fireworks under the stars—it was magical! The lodge offered the perfect combination of privacy and accessibility, tucked away in a peaceful setting yet just minutes from everything we wanted to do. We loved how close we were to rock climbing, pickleball courts, and even live music, which made the weekend feel packed with fun and variety without ever feeling rushed. Whether we were adventuring outside or just lounging and enjoying the comforts of the home, every moment was memorable. This was truly one of our favorite family getaways, and we're already planning our return. Boulder Springs Lodge is a gem—private, luxurious, perfectly located, and full of heart. Highly recommend for families, groups, or anyone looking for a memorable mountain escape!

Our stay at Boulder Springs Lodge in Eagles Nest was nothing short of perfect! The home is beautifully decorated, and on a gorgeous property where you aren't too close to other neighbors. Love that they are dog friendly so we can bring our furbaby along. Can't wait to book our next trip!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful and well maintained – felt like we were some of the first people to stay there! The sellers welcomed us with a bottle of rose, cookies and dog treats for our sweet pooch who stayed with us – that detail did not go unnoticed. The house has a great floor plan and felt like the perfect size for our two families staying at the home. We even saw a black bear walk by!
