We had an amazing time at this lovely townhome! The accommodations were perfect for our family- 3 couples, a teenager & a 2 year old. The views from the living room window were amazing! We also enjoyed the hot tub each night. The shower water pressure was wonderful (something my husband is always happy about) and we never ran out of hot water! The beds were SO comfortable! We enjoyed the heated pool at the lodge not far from our place, which also had a jacuzzi! We will definitely be recommending this townhome to our friends! Oh… I didn't mention all the FUN we had on the slopes at Sugar Mountain!! Woo Hoo! So many good memories were made!

Had a great stay in Boone NC at our house in the Echota community! Home was wonderful and the view was excellent. Just off the beaten path but we'll within close travel to a lot. Would recommend staying here and will hopefully be back ourselves! Blue Ridge Rentals is also fantastic! Our first experience with them - they are a top notch outfit that provides excellent, clear and timely communication. Hope we can rent with them again.

The property and host were amazing! The only knock is that the trash bin is down the street but really not that big of a deal. The neighborhood is beautiful, you’ll catch some deer walking around everyday. You’ll def need an all wheel drive vehicle if it snows (I was lucky this time around because it didn’t snow and didn’t have an AWD vehicle). I will return when I get the chance…we didn’t want to leave.

All was very well organized & lots of towels & blankets, which was wonderful. The upper master bedroom could use some blinds/shades on the skylights. Could use some Tupperware & more than one cutting board, in the kitchen. Otherwise, wonderful house!

We stayed at this cabin on spring break. And it was 1 of the most beautiful experience. Loved everything about it. Rooms were spacious, really well maintained property, clean, kitchen has nice and clean utensils and had all size pots and pans. Including extra big ones to make food for big group.
More than enough towels and linens for our entire stay for 4 days.
The only thing we thought would have made it easier for us to figure out was where the dumpster is. On the information folder it told us to leave out garbage in dumpster. But there was no info about where the dumpster is located. And when we did figured out it was far from our cabin and we had to drive and drop our garbage.
But this was just a small problem. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would dafinately suggest my friends and family to stay there and we would dafinately book thos cabin again when we go next.

Beautiful house exactly as the pictures show. Everything was clean and organized. Ski resorts are pretty close. It’s really important as they mentioned to have a 4x4 or all wheel vehicle because there’s a hill that gets really slippery

Great communication throughout the whole process. The place looks exactly like the photos. Lots of space for a couple of families and very clean. You are definitely in the mountains and all the views from the decks are really nice. The one confusing thing was where the trash bins are located. To the best of my knowledge the trash bags had to be driven down the road to the other Echota property by the indoor pool. Not complaining just wanted to give other guests a heads up so they know where they can take it.

This house was absolutely PERFECT for our weekend trip with two other families. We had the best time and our kiddos loved the hiking around the house on the rocks! It's such a perfect location and home - we will be back!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Beautiful view even in inclement weather. The most comfortable beds and everyone slept late every morning. Just what we needed for relaxation. There was plenty of room for our 21 month old baby to play. Love this house and area and will definitely go back again!

Beautiful home in a picture perfect location. Very well maintained... nice comfy beds and the kitchen perfectly stocked. Great grill and hot tub overlooking the mountain was perfect! We only had one issue.. a blind missing in the basement bedroom but we improvised with a blanket to cover the window after reporting to management.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, plenty of room, yet a cozy feel. There were some minor cosmetic damages we reported upon our arrival so hopefully those will be attended to, but overall it was a very good experience and we hope to return in the future!

The house doesn't look like a rental house. Is more like a home atmosphere. We share the property with two other family (total of 6 teens) and it was incredible. The upper level only for them. Everything super clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Actually I'm looking for dates to spend a week during the summer again. I'm in love with the house.

Space was perfect for our family--each group had enough private space and greatroom with gas fireplace and gorgeous view. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were extremely comfortable. Our group also enjoyed pool at the clubhouse. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

This cabin/house was in a great location between blowing rock and banner elk. Not far from hawksnest. 1st floor was great for my sister/hubby and 2 kids with a 2 double bed room and separate sitting room w cough for the 16 year old. The main floor has 2 rooms. One perfect for nana. And the master perfect for my little sisters family of 4 two being 6 and 9. There little slept with them and the other slept in a cute tent the place had. Hello, The house was great overall: beautifully decorated, well-supplied, fabulous views, clean (except for laundry downstairs where dust balls are growing). Our only complaint is the queen BR on main level; very cold! When the wind blew the blinds even rattled. We would rent it again.

Love the house itself, although the main family room was small for a 4 bedroom house. Also, there are no closets in the lower level bedroom. The decks are great. My major complaint is the steep hills within the community

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and a great layout and worked very well for our family. The location was great, and we also enjoyed the community pool. It was furnished nicely and had everything we needed. Loft gets warm, but we opened the windows and it helped. Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed a short Easter vacation here. Would caution that the indoor pool is in the other Echota location, approx 2 miles away. This house is right beside the clubhouse with the outdoor pool and pool table. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well appointed. Wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay.

My wife and I took our sons and daughter in-laws on a short ski trip, there was more than enough room for the nine of us. The home was very clean, everything you needed to cook was provided in the kitchen, there was plenty of room for us all to sit around and talk, the beds were very comfortable, and the slopes were only 15 minutes away. The view from the family room and the porch was spectacular, I hope to use this home again in the future.

Other than the main AC unit not working when we arrived, on the hottest weekend of the summer, and also the refrigerator not cooling, we had a great experience. The property manager did send someone to evaluate the AC the first night and repairman came the next morning. Also the refrigerator was in working order when we came back to house that afternoon. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends also.
