Antler Trail Lodge

The house was amazing! Wonderfully decorated, lots of blankets, very cozy and comfortable for our group. The kitchen has everything. Firewood is not included and has to be ordered in advance, but also the only place to use it is outside. All fireplaces inside have gas logs. We brought our own firewood thinking we’d use it indoors but never did so we brought it back home. Communication was great. Beds were comfortable. Would rebook!

I would give it 100 stars if I could! We LOVE LOVE LOVE Antler Trail Lodge and had the most magical week there and will definitely be back! I could go on and on: 1. The house itself is spectacular! The decor, the attention to detail, the joy of spending time in such an inviting and beautiful environment PLUS the equally spectacular views from every room made it the happiest place to curl up and read, play games, and visit in the most amazing, welcoming and truly beautiful environment! 2. We loved the Blowing Rock and Boone areas, We found so many fun hikes, excellent food, darling stores and only scratched the surface of what's available! 3. The kitchen is DREAMY and was perfect for gathering to visit and make meals together. 4. The outdoor, covered porch is a real gem! As our daughter says, "I am forever changed for having my morning coffee on this porch!" 5. Blue Ridge Mnt. Rentals made it an easy process. I had a few questions when we were there and they promptly answered them, even after typical business hours. Check your calendar and pray they are available for when it works with your schedule! We are a group of eight (8) friends who travel together to the mountains annually. We arrived at Antler Trail Lodge and were immediately impressed with the outdoor area of the home - a breezeway leading to the side entrance. Once we were inside, we were even more impressed. There is a big, beautiful, well equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a separate large freezer. The house was equipped with everything you could ask for. There were three (3) or maybe four (4) microwave ovens in the house - two (2) in the pantry area of the kitchen and one (1) in a kitchenette downstairs. The upstairs den area was roomy and comfortable - only one weird thing, the television was to the back of one sofa. There was a large sleeping area on the third floor with multiple beds and sleeping areas. There was a large bathroom with shower in this area. On the main level was a large master suite and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Also, there was a separate bathroom with shower just off the kitchen. Plenty of seating for a large party in the dining area of the kitchen in addition to a more formal dining room. On the bottom/basement level, there was a kitchenette with microwave, ice maker, wet bar and a great seating area. There were two large bedrooms on this level with separate bathrooms. The hot tub outside this level was built in and roomy and clean (not always the case in rental homes). There was also a TV room on this level. There were numerous huge windows throughout the house with amazing mountain views. The house is beautiful, large, roomy and comfortable. Every room was large and comfortable and most had great views. The house has two (2) nice ice makers and a separate bar area with a wine cooler. The house has everything you could ask for and more. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is an excellent rental company. They are responsive when needed and a great firm to work with. We have used them twice before and will contact them again for our next trip to the mountains.

We had a large group that each required their separate space and the layout of the home was ideal. The proximity to Boone and Blowing Rock couldn't have been better. Will definitely stay here again!

The property Antler Trail Lodge was just stunning. The set up with necessities was perfect (toiletries,kitchen essentials) it was all there. The only time we left the property was to attend my daughter's beautiful wedding. We will definitely be back again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Antler Trail Lodge. This is a magnificent, beautiful and comfortable home. The home and the furnishings are exquisite. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was great to deal with, from the reservations and confirmation, to the detailed and helpful instructions. After our arrival, we received regular contacts from them to see if everything was going ok, and to make sure we were having a good time. Early on during our visit the coffeemaker stopped working, and within two hours of calling Blue Ridge a new unit, still sealed in the box, was hand delivered. This is a great mountain home to rent, and Blue Ridge Mountain Real Estate is an excellent company to do business with.

First, the location is minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Moses Cone Bass Lake, Levi Strauss' Mansion, golf courses, fishing, shopping, restaurants, Grandfather Mountain and more. Second, the home has a huge kitchen with seating for 20 people, cooking equipment, 2 dishwashers and high end appliances. The hot tub is easily accessible, easy to operate and has a view. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed, nice linens, plenty of privacy as well as generous space. Third, the decor is tastefully classic with a mixture of "today", exquisite antiques, a TV room, children's books and a focus on comfort. A touch of class! Fourth, the VIEWS! The views are like none other. The green expanse of the beautiful Smoky Mountains are calming, peaceful and will make you want to extend your stay. I highly recommend this home for families, couples, or a group of ladies. Words cannot adequately describe this lovely home.

My recent stay at Antler Trail Lodge completely exceeded all expectations of a visit to the North Carolina mountains! This exquisite newly built home atop a crest with unobstructed views of three states from nearly every room allowed me to enjoy my morning tea as though from “an eagle's nest”. The home is comfortably furnished allowing for multiple areas that accommodate large groups as well as quiet spaces for alone time. The generously appointed kitchen with top of the line appliances has enough room for multiple chefs to prepare multi course meals. The hot tub is the perfect way to relax at the end of a fun-filled day. Three turns from the driveway placed us directly on the Blue Ridge Parkway with its multiple scenic overlooks, hiking and fishing opportunities, and just minutes from either Boone or Blowing Rock where we enjoyed shopping, dining, breweries, distilleries, and tourist attractions. Whether you're looking for a convenient stay for your mountain visit or a luxury rental to relax, unwind, and re-energize this home has it all!

We were lucky enough to stay at Antler Trail Lodge with a large group for Winterfest 2024. Not only is the home beautifully appointed, it offers the most amazing mountain views. The bedrooms were very accommodating, the kitchen was spectacular and the common areas warm and inviting. The outside amenities were perfect for a mountain getaway from the outdoor living area with fireplace to the fire pit and hot tub area. This property is very convenient to downtown Blowing Rock. I rented ATL over Winterfest weekend for a group of 11 friends. Wow, what a perfect house for a crowd! The house is extremely spacious and stocked with all you need for your mountain weekend. The home is new, so everything from beds, to appliances, to hot tub, to technology is state of the art. The outdoor living areas are just as inviting as inside. With views that stretch for miles, outdoor dining and fireplaces, you can spend countless hours just enjoying your surroundings. This located 12 minutes to downtown Blowing Rock, 15 minutes to Boone. I highly recommend Antler Trail Lodge, and hope to be lucky enough to stay there again.

This newly built home has everything that you could ask for in a large scale, full service home! Plenty of space to congregate as a family or couple group. And plenty of space to escape the group to enjoy a quiet moment to read a book or get office work done with a Spectacular view! Speaking of the views, this property offers a beautiful view from every window in the entire home. Truly spectacular views throughout and the way the home is positioned, you really feel isolated from the neighbors and feel like you have the area all to Yourself. A very private feel, but so close to all that the area has to offer: hiking, local farmer's market, trout fishing, train ride for children, Local restaurants, lovely antique shops and beautiful drives down the Blue Ridge Parkway and stop to take in the famous views!! The home also has a super cool hot tub over looking the fabulous views and if all of this is not enough, my favorite comfort feature is That ALL of the bedrooms (except the wonderful bunk room) have kind sized beds and the owner must have purchased expensive Mattresses as they are very comfortable and I was able to get a great nights rest every night!! I highly recommend Antler Trail Lodge for your next family or couple vacation. It is truly a special place and my husband and I are Very picky!! ENJOY!!!

The views throughout the entire house were amazing, and we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well at the fire pit, the hot tub, and the beautiful fireplace before you enter the home. Spacious bedrooms, wonderful kitchen an amazing sitting area on the main level were all really nice! We definitely plan to return!

I had the pleasure of staying in the Antler Trail home this past weekend for our annual girls/friends trip for the Winterfest event in Blowing Rock. The house was beautifully appointed, spacious and warm , chocked full of amenities like the fire pit and hot tub. Great eat in kitchen and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Cozy living room with a fireplace with ample seating. Decorated so beautifully with million dollar views. About a 15 minute drive into downtown Main Street Blowing Rock. I would highly recommend this property.
