We had such a great time for our girls' getaway to the mountains!
The house was well-stocked and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The view is even more incredible in person. We loved being able to watch the App Ski skiers and snowboarders hop off the ski lift from the balcony. Truly a wonderful place, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Towels were provided, even though the description said they were not, so that was a nice surprise!

We love this home! The layout was perfect for a larger family. The management company provides everything needed in the home. Location is just minutes from Appalachian ski Mountain. We will be back!

Stayed here for a girls weekend and we had a very nice time and a comfortable stay. The location is great, right between Boone and Blowing Rock. The views from the deck were better than the pictures online. We couldn't use the garage because there were some construction materials were being stored down there- but the driveway is large enough for 5 cars. The website at the time that we rented made it seem like we needed to bring our own towels and hair dryers- but there were towels provided and hair dryers in the bathrooms. Small boxes of shampoo and soap are provided in all the bathrooms. Downstairs was a bit chilly at first, but there were several space heaters and mini splits that did the trick. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking breakfasts. We had a couple of hiccups but Blue Mountain Rentals was friendly and quick to respond.

We were there for two weeks for the blowing rock horse show Beautiful Views! Spacious living room . Very convenient to the horse show , store and parkway . Quiet neighborhood . Deer everywhere!Refrigerator was alittle Confusing but figured it out . Good water pressure . Would stay there again! The pictures on the listing don't do it justice, the house was very nice inside. The view was also amazing from the decks and yard! There location is also nice, it is both remote and nicely close, taking about 10 minutes to get to Boone or Blowing rock, and being very close to the parkway. Some other reviews mention the road to the house being rough, and it could be in winter weather, but it was just fine for our stay in October.
There was a large kitchen table that I don't recall in the photos that fit 8, and another table for 4. The kitchen has most of the cooking vessels and utensils you would need, though we did need our dutch oven.
There largest part of the yard is pretty steep, but there are two nice side yards kids can play in. No fire pit, but the fireplace in the house was great.
Our only complaints would be the beds being hard, and the hot tub being out of service.

We also enjoyed how the living space was set aside from the bedrooms in this house, so that everyone could wake up on their own schedule. Having Tweetsie a mile or so down the road was amazing!
